Radio install at 45 degree angle ??

I was looking at this radio to install in my 86 Camry LE and noticed the item description stating 45 degree install ? Does this mean it could not be installed horizontally ?? I sent for a dash install kit since my Camry had the LE stereo with the built in equalizer to make up the space. Has anyone seen this before ??

I believe that's their indication that it can be installed between 0 and 45, 0 being a traditional horizontal install, 45 being a more angled install like many newer cars. The Gen5 Camry comes to mind with it's upward angled stereo.

I think it should be fine in your application.

Thanks !! The seller e-mailed me back saying about the same thing . Just didn't make that much sense at first.

That's the first time I'd ever heard that term either, but I did some Googleing and found something related to another Sony deck where they stated it was a 45 degree install, and then in the notes they said it could be installed between 0 and 45.
