Front two speakers are blown.

I just bought a '94 camry coupe and the front two speakers are shot to H-E-Double hockeysticks. I would like to pretty much put in a new stereo system with a $600 budget. What are the basics that I need with the system? Thanks in advance.

First of all what all do you know about your car (wiring and mounting, the works)? You need to know about your speaker sizes and they're 6 1/2 for the front and 6x9 in the rear. you are going to need a good one if you plan on adding any additional equipment to the system other than the stereo and speakers. They provide extra muscle for the system plus a few extra channels of power for additional speakers but they are commonly used to power all the subwoofers. It is connected to the head unit through an RCA cable and directly to the car battery by a fused "hot" wire and a ground wire to the body of the car.

Well this is what I bought so far.
--Pioneer - 300W Bridgeable 2-Channel Amplifier with Built-In Crossover
--Pioneer - 6-1/2" 2-Way Car Speakers with Polypropylene Cones (Pair) - Model: TS-G1642R
--Pioneer - 6" x 9" 3-Way Car Speakers (Pair) - Model: TS-A6962R
--Kenwood - 12" 4-Ohm Single-Voice-Coil Subwoofer
Model: KFC-W3011
--Sony - Apple® iPod®/Satellite Radio/HD Radio-Ready CD Deck
Model: CDX-GT320

My main concern is that the stock radio had a factory amp and the pins dont match up to the 1987+ wiring harness. I don't want to splice into the factory wiring harness if its avoidable. Anyone have any suggestions?

Find the amp. It should have a matching harness on it.
