Install JBL Premium System Question

I recently purchased a JBL Premium Sound H/U on Ebay to replace the H/U in my 2006 Avalon so I can install a intergrated Sat tuner. Does anyone know if I the H/U without the separate amp?

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks

As far as i know, the premium JBL headunits will not work without the external amp system. On top of that its usualy a different plug to connect it to the wiring.

It's a lot more than that, the harness will require you running it through the car and everything. The ammount of work needed would be just as much as doing an aftermarket setup.
