Anyway to disable Vip rs3000 security system?

When I purchased my 1997 4runner it came with the factory rs3000 security system.. (this was 5 years ago). The factory security system had something wrong with it so instead of taking it to the dealer to diagnose, I just opted for an aftermarket keyless entry/remote start.. Everything was fine for a year but now it seems like my factory keyless entry wants to work.. I can only shut 3 of the 4 doors and the factory alarm constantly makes that beeping noise whenever all 4 doors are shut.. I have to leave one door open for the beeping to stop.. I know that there is the black box under the seat but if I pull the plug, the car wont start... Is there anywhere else to totally disable the rs3000 system? Thanks in advance

It seems the RS3000 tapped into the starting circuit in series, so you effectively disconnected your starting circuit when you unplug it. Looks like you have to completely revert to original wiring per factory wiring diagram and re-install your aftermarket unit.
