amplifier problem

hey guys,

so this should be fairly simple answer for someone. My amp gets power and powers on, although there is no sound on the subs, capacitor works, fuses are all ok, replaced the speaker wire, ground wires, high to low converter, everything but the amp pretty much. I did this once before and magically, it worked. If the speaker wire is too small, it should still work right? anyways, any ideas on whats up with the amp? I pulled it apart, and all of the circuits look good, nothing blown or anything...

Did you check the Sub woofer output connection at the head unit?

Is there an option to turn OFF the sub woofer on the head unit? It may be in the OFF position.

The speaker wires going to the Sub woofer BOX may be good, but just by chance did the internal sub woofer wires come loose?

Just a thought.

If you have any spare old speaker you may have removed before....use them to test the connection.
