4th Generation DNX7120 in 2001 Camry

I installed dnx7120 in 2001 Camry. The install was very easy and the GPS is great. I was wondering if anybody had similar issues.

1. The screen sticks out ¼ to ½ inch. I am thinking of drilling holes in the factory brackets and try to push the unit back.
Has anybody done that and is it possible to push it back?

2. The cooling fan in the back is loud and one can easily hear it if car is off and volume is low.
Has anybody seen similar issue with the DNX system? Is it possible to do something about the noise?

Thank you.
HD

I have a 7015 in my solara that i had in my gen 3 camry before that. In the solara it stuck out a good half an inch. I was able to recess it by drilling proper holes as far back as i could and now it fits flush. And yeah, the fan is loud as hell (used to be quieter but this screen is 3 years old).
