First of all, that amp is 100 watts RMS per channel, or 290 bridged, and the subs are 600 watts RMS. Peak power is a useless rating, you need to look at RMS ratings.

As far as wiring, make sure you fuse the 12v positive as close to the battery as possible, within about a foot. For the ground make sure you ground to a substantial piece of metal, and remove any paint first. You might want to look into doing the big 3 as well, but thats up to you.

The wiring from the radio to the amp will depend on weather or not the amp has speaker level inputs. The turn on lead could be run from any switched 12 volt source, but then the amp would be on whenever the car was. An LOC might have a turn on lead as well.

The wire from the amp to the subs should just be speaker wire, around 12 or 14 gauge.

To help more, I need to know if that amp has speaker level inputs.
