How to tell if I have the RS3200 Factory Security
Hi. I’m new to Toyota Nation.
2003 Sequoia Limited
I’m trying to find out If my wife’s 2003 Toyota Sequoia Limited has the RS3200 installed with the glass break sensor. Here is what I found so far. There is a flashing LED key symbol built into the gauge panel where the speedometer is. It also has 2 sensors on the drivers side dash, but I don’t think these are glass break is it ? It looks more like something for the auto lights.
The manual says the truck has 4 doors armed, hood, and rear hatch. Nothing about sensors, or starter kill. Just the passkey system.
The remote has 4 buttons. lock , unlock, rear window down, red panic button on the back of the remote. remote does the dual step unlock feature. drivers side priority. head lights also turn off with the remote. and there is dome supervison at unlock and when alarm is tripped. also has this cool sounding horn when the alarm is locked. just a very faint beep sound.
What I want to do is install a remote start system and need to determine which remote start system I get, by identifying what type of alarm system is in this truck.
