2000 avalon audio problems

Hello everyone im new to the forums and have some questions. First off my dad just gave me his old avalon for my birthday but the sub and front driver side speaker are blown and i want to completly replace with something new. I know you can fix the foam on the subs but i through it out before i new they were easily fixible. I personally dont know much about subs but is there a sub that is made like the old one that will just slip into the hole and connect with the previous one wire that came with the car? or will i have to cut and make it fit and also learn how to wire the new sub in?
Lastly what speaker should i get for the front left because thats also blown. Thanks everyone and hopefully you can help me out a lil bit.

If you're only getting one speaker to replace the blown drivers door, then you will have to go to a junk yard, or contact Toyota for a speaker. Otherwise you have to replace the driver and passenger doors out with aftermarkets. Slipping in an aftermarket speaker on one side, leaving the factory on the other will sound funny.

I do not know on any drop in replacement subwoofer. as I think the basket is shapped oddly. (diameter wise) However It has been covered before, and sending the subwoofer off to be reconed is around $40. A new speaker is easily going to run up right in that price range, if not vastly high to match factory specs.

You'll have to make the call, but you could always make a speaker ring out of some MDF to fit a different speaker. I'm not positive on the mounting/size of the 2000. Pictures, maybe?

There are plenty of cheap 8" subs availible, and as said it's not impossible to make them fit with an MDF ring or some trimming.
