3rd Generation 96 Camry Front Speaker Choice

My OEM speakers sound terrible and I am looking to replace the speakers.

The car is a 96 Camry LE and I have a Kenwood head unit installed already.

I was searching on crutchfield and it looks like I can use 6.5" speakers and I was wondering if I could get any input on whats good at less than $100... maybe even some input on the $50 speakers would be nice, I see like would these pioneers be any good? Is there any specific hole pattern I need to look for?

I tried to search but I must be using the wrong key words because I can't find too much info on it or any install pictures. I believe I have read that I need to pop the door panel off to access the speaker and I am leaning against blindly prying at the door panel to search for the tabs to measure and check before I look into buying new speakers.

Thank you :]

If I were in your shoes, I would go for a component speaker set rather than coaxials. Components are somewhat more complicated to install but they sound better than coaxials.

I haven't tried these personally, but these PGs supposed to be a good bang for the buck: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...+RSd+65cs.html

I second the Pheonix Gold RSD's.
