2003 Sequoia door speakers

I need to replace the JBL speakers in the doors of my 2003 Sequoia. Can anyone give directions on how do to this including removing the speaker grills?

if you cant see a way to remove the speaker grills, you probably have to remove the door panels to get the grills off.
