Where can I buy an additional car charger port/thing?

My corolla has 2 car charger ports but I want to add additional one next my stick shift. I recently took that part apart and saw that the current car charger has an extra part dangling, is this the part to connect? But where do I buy an extra car charger port/thing and how to install it?? My method is to install an extra car charger, connect it to a dock, (all "internally") drill a hole and stick the dock thru so it appears "wireless" from the outside. thanks.
