Sony cd-receiver in a Gen 2 camry

I need some help. I bought a Sony CDX-L600X off ebay for my Gen 2 '89 Camry. It fits perfectly into the car itself, but the wires are different from the stock wiring of the old stock radio. I'm a n00b going into this car audio stuff, but I'll try anything. I had a friend that said I might need to buy a "universal adaptor?" All I need to do is get it wired to the car, it's all screwed into the mount and everything. If anyone has some feedback give me a shout back! Thanks.

Go to your local audio store and buy the harness for it... just ask them. You're gonna need to splice some wires but it's pretty easy.

Update: Nevermind, I forgot to connect the antenna cable from the car . LOL

I followed the wiring guide on this site, and it works! It works! woohoo! Only thing that doesn't seem to work at all is the FM/AM - antenna part.

I spliced the Black/Red & Pink/Blue wires together from the stock wiring, and then twisted it together with the Blue wire from my wiring harness. I still get no reception...any ideas? CD works awesome and everything else works - all speakers work .
