2002 Camry SE, replace 6 CD changer with OEM single CD?

Hi, all - I've got a 2002 Camry SE with an 86120-AA60 6 disk CD built-in changer. It's starting to skip, make crunching noises and spitting CDs out with an ERR1.

I've tried a cleaning CD, gave up and found a similar stereo for the same year for much cheaper, but it's a single CD player (which I prefer), 86120-AA040.

The harness plugs are different on the two units. Is there an adapter that would allow the single CD unit to connect to a 6 CD change harness?

check out ebay. you should find the stock 4 cd jbl audio.
