What's funny is, that is almost exactly like what I have, minus the door speaks.

Since your making the custom box for the subs, do you have the measurements? Would aid me in making my own box as well.

the box I am making is 39"wide 15" deep and 14" tall, with a center divider to make the box dual chamber. this gives about 2.3 cube feet of airspace per chamber.

39" is almost the exact distance between the rear wheel wells in the trunk, pushed against the rear seat.

Im making it out of 3/4" MDF. This project is acually a lot cheaper than I though it would be, $13 for wood, $3 for screws and maybe $20 for carpeting, but I am thinking of laying MDF on the floor and the side walls to make everything boxed out and then carpet the whole thing the same color. then maybe add some neon or something cool like that

btw: what all do you have in the camry?

I went on a budget, so I got cheap parts, but it still sounds ok.

Two 12" Sony Mobile ES subs in a box in the trunk powered by a Rockford 800wt amp.

Two Rockford 6.5" in the rear, and the stock in the front, which will be replaced very shortly now .

Sony CDX-L600X 52wtx4 with EQ headunit, which plays great, and doesn't look to shabby.

I'm thinking of putting some tweets in front to replace stock, and then mod the doors like you have to accomodate some other speaks, and then power the door speaks and extra speaks I'm going to mod into the panel under the back seats with an extra Sony amp (this years 400wt model) that I have laying around.

I might also grab some small tweets to place to the left and right of the windshield above the dash and wire that to the amp as well, but who knows.

Not too shabby so far, pimpin' on a budget

BTW: Did you contruct the door panel out of wood or custom mold it with some material and then carpet it? And how deep does the speaker set into that raised panel?

Its just MDF, cut, layered, and sanded to get the curve.
It raises the speaker, like 1.5inch maybe i dunno. I cut a hole in the door panel to allow for more room

and how exactly is your system "almost exactly the same" as yours?

Two Sony subs made me think that, on the same track some what heh.

You figure right, I'm 18 as well

I work at the CVS on Park Cedar near the mall hah

Movin' jobs soon hopefully - more pay equals more shiny stuff for the cam.

It's hard to find springs for my car, since it's the all-trac.

Haven't found any yet
