96 Camry Radio Wiring

Can anyone help me in wiring a new radio into a '96 Camry LE, with 6 speakers. I can't use one of those nice adapters, because the end of the harness is already missing. I think the original radio was probabl hijacked in an airport. I need to know the colors / functions onf the various wires.

Appreciate any help.

Regards,
Mike Kulina

Exclamation So What do I do when this doesn't work?

Back to the '96 LE radio wiring. I followed the toyota general wiring. That allowed me to hook up the memory & clock power, the ground, the antenna relay and that's it. I'm left with 10 wires for speakers, but they aren't working when I use the general pattern. I know the radio works, because each speaker output it produced sound through a loose speaker when I checked.

I don't think there's an amp anywhere, and the car has the component speakers in the front doors. Is there anyway to find which of the 10 remaining wires hook to which speakers? Or am I going to have to run new speaker wires to make this work?

Appreciate any suggestions as the fun is rapidly disappearing from installing the new radio.

Thanks,
Mike

You sure you don't have an amplifier? It sounds like you have the premium audio system and that an amplifier should be under your passenger seat.
