Best Setup for Iphone 3G Video Integration to Nav? NAV Tool?

Wanted to get help from you experts. I have a 09 Highlander with factory NAV and do NOT have the rear entertainment system. I just found out that the front NAV can play video (I know only in Park).

Was looking around for what I could get that would be flexible and support video from a number of sources, including the IPHONE 3G.

It seems to fit the bill but is really expensive ($450). But it would be able to support the IPHONE3G (with correct conversion cable), a DVD player, or other source.

Does anyone have this unit installed? Does your rear view camera still work? All the other functions of the NAV work ok with it? Anything better or cheaper?

I also found the SoundLinQ2: http://www.vaistech.com/sl2vi.php - about $350. Anyone know about this one?

I do a lot of Soundlinq products.. they are great. we have had great results. not to mention they are local for us.
