USA Replacement headunit recommendations?

Anyone have any recommendations for double-DIN replacement of factory headunit? I now have Infinity Kappa 6x9's in the front doors and Kappa 6.5's in the rear doors being pushed by an Infinity Reference 475a amp. Adding Rockford Fostgate Power series T1T tweeters to the dashboard locations. Also adding RF P300-1 mono amp and P3D410 10" sub in a custom-built, sealed enclosure to attach to the back of the rear passenger seat. Huge difference, but still can't stand that "muddy Toyota sound!" Was going to keep factory head unit and controls for the looks, but add RF 3sixty.1 sound processor to clean up the sound. Now see how good the double-DIN DVD/Nav units look and intergrate into the dash! I imagine they will do the same thing or more for the sound quality as the 3sixty.1 and add more features, controls, and functions? Any recommendations and reasons why? Thanks

I have to agree with tichini I have an AVIC-D3 in my wife's civic and it's a great unit. Plus it's got so much room to grow.
