Sugggestion for replacing a radio

I just bought a very nice low mileage 94 Camry LE. It has the factory cassette player and I'd like to replace it with a cd unit. I first found out which adapter it used (70-1761) and now I'm thinking anything that I can find in a Toyota that uses that adapter I should be able to use. But before I sfollow that path, it dawned on me that the newer units may have separate amps and I don't want to get into anything that complicated.

So can someone help me....In particular I saw a 07-08 Tundra head unit I was thinkgin might be nice and it was $75. Can I make that work?

Thank you, appreciate your time
Mike

You want to put in a stock cd player? I would look at aftermarket if I were you. The difference is quite noticeable.

If you're swapping in a different OEM stereo unit - I would look for Double Din units first.
I HATE the DIN pocket on the Gen 3 Camry - F***ing useless
