TacoTunes has disappointed me

I ordered from Tacotunes 2 weeks ago. Still no merchandise. I Have not been able to get in touch with them since. Can anyone out there help me.

call your credit card company and tell them your story. if you paid through PayPal, file a dispute.

You gotta watchout for some websites... If you want good deals on car audio, best deals actually, go to www.millionbuy.com I've ordered from them plenty of times, and good customer service.

I ordered over a month ago. Two days after ordering I asked the status of the order and was told it would ship that day. I have received nothing yet but my credit card was billed the day of the order. That's a good business model, take money and don't send out product (i.e zero costs). I have contacted my credit card company and PayPal to get the charges removed.

Here is a site where you can check out a store's reputation and review customer comments. Unfortunately I did not see Tacotunes listed, but it may be of help in the future.

Two top-notch places rated by customers are Crutchfield and Woofers, etc. Your can check out Sonicelectronicx there. I was keeping a list of good and bad sellers that various forum writers advised, but it was on my thumb drive and it died. I lost all my finances and audio information. Back up your thumb drives.

I recently ordered from onlinecarstereo.com. Their prices are good, they filled the my orders and sent out a notification when it was shipped along with the tracking numbers. They are hit and miss on their email correspondence but if you call them, they pick up and I have found them helpful. But as witnessed by other comments, some people were less than satisfied. Customer service for most companies has seemed to go by the wayside these days. All I know is that if I would be fired from my job if I did not respond to a customer promptly.
