I drive a Toyota Mark X 2006. My daughter pressed something yesterday and now the screen keeps saying ' please insert the correct map disc' . it plays music in the background but cant see anything. now i cant watch DVD or anything. i dont have the disc and we dont use nav here in Africa. When i check the net everything is in japanese.

what should I do? Is there a quick fix or is the system rendered useless.

All help will be really gratefully appreciated.
