4th Generation Please help a fellow Toyota owner...

Hi guys,
I got this system which was pulled out of a 03 Mustang. From what I can see there are 2 subs, an amp, some wires, and a box called an ajustable output adjuster. I want to put it into my 1998 Camry. I'm pretty low on cash, so I really would like to keep the stock head unit. Can someone please tell me if I have everything I need and maybe point me to some tutorials to do this myself to install everything? I took some pics of everything...

Looks like you have everything except the leads for the LOC and a fuse holder for the positive lead to the amp.

Actually I think everything is in there. You can kinda see the fuse holder wrapped up in the power wire and the output converter has the leads on it.

This could take some posting though.
Before you start messing with power wire, disconnect the negative terminal on you battery.
I would start with the power wire from the battery to the amp. You need to decide on the location of where your amp will go then run the power wire, the red one, from the positive terminal of the battery to the b+ input on the amp. That looks like 8 gauge so it shouldn't be too hard to get through the firewall and under the carpet to the trunk.
Once you have that done you will need to ground the amp. You will use the bigger black wire for this. Use a wire wheel on a drill and completely remove the paint of the body somewhere in the trunk. I would invest in some new terminal connectors for everything but that is optional. A good way to ground would be to use a self tapping screw in a ring terminal on the body where you removed the paint to bare metal.
Once that's done you will need to run a remote wire to the amp so it turns on when the car does. Since you are keeping the stock head unit I would suggest using an accessory wire that hooks up to the head unit. Use the skinny blue wire that was provided in your equipment.
Once that's done, you will need to splice into the rear speaker wires to hook up the converter. You can either disconnect the speakers or splice into them and hook them up to the grey set and white set of wires that come out of it.
Once that is done you will hook the RCA cables up from the converter to the input of the amplifier.
Once that is done hook the speaker wires up from the subs to the appropriate speaker inputs on the amp.
Reconnect the negative battery terminal and you should be good
Good luck!

EDIT:
Got everything hooked up and they officially sound like crap . What would you guys recommend for better subs and an amp without having everything rattle.

If I were you I would start by upgrading your head unit. An aftermarket head unit is a good starting point for building a system.
It doesn't take much to rattle the trunk. If you are not looking for massive bass then start with a good quality 10" sub or a pair of 8" subs and a reputable amplifier. You may want to upgrade you power and ground cable to 4 gauge as well.
