GPS Units --foreign language feature?

You know I'm wondering if there is a unit out there, indash or handheld (non wireless phone) which allows the language to be changed either via the menu or by a download?

I want to get a GPS navigator for my parents who speak Vietnamese and Cambodian. I guess it would need to be pretty intuitive so my parents could easily enter addresses and/or tinker within the functions. I don't mind spending up to 1,000 dollars, just gotta save up for it.

Gist: Brand Name GPS Navigation which works in either Viet or Khmer with Voice directions in said languages.

This will be for their Toyota Camry LE 2005.

Thanks.

I know there are GPS units out there that specialize in languages, and one I know for sure that specializes in Asian languages is the GARMIN Asian Nuvi 350 Automotive GPS. As far as being able to change between languages "on the fly" I don't know, but I'm sure if you got Garmin's customer support number from the web and called them they could give you an answer. One thing I'd add, Dave, is to stay away from Magellan. I've used most of the major manufacturer's GPS devices and that's the one company to avoid. Garmin (any type) and Bushnell (for handhelds) are great companies.

Garmin FTW!

Seriously though I have a Garmin cheap GPS (255w) and it supports I believe 12 spoken languages out of the box! That's without downloading or updating anything.

I can check to see if it will do Vietnamese out of the box if you want.
