if it is stock, check the manual. if theres nothing there about the problem then sounds like either (A) your stock siren is going bad (B) you have an aftermarket siren connected to a factory alarm and may not be recieving enough voltage to complete its full chirp (C) you have an after market alarm and the siren is either going bad, has a bad connection, or is not recieving enough voltage due to loose wires or bad connection. either way i would first find out if your siren is stock or factory (or possibly both which could also cause the problem) then use an ohm meter to check to ensure 12volts during chirp. if problem persists, replace siren. one last possible problem could be water in the siren if it is facing up or has any way of getting splashed. just find the noise and go from there.
