Help with wiring harnesses please

I need help deciding which wiring harness to get. I took Rayray's advice and decided on the Metra brand. But now I can't understand the difference between these two models. Please look at them and tell me which to get and the difference between the two.

MTR70-1761

Or

MTR71-1761

Depends on if you need the male or female.

If your stereo came with a harness to hook in the back of the deck, then you just need the MTR70-1761, or the female to connect to the factory harness. Just connect the stereo wires to the new harness wires and plug into the factory harness

If you have another type of harness from a different stereo, then you'll need to get the MTR71-1761 or the male to hook in be able to put your factory stereo back in.
