Those are line level outputs for an amplifier. Same goes for the one marked SW Out.

Aux in is auxiliary input

Pre-out just means that they are not amplified (well sort of) by the head unit, those are the ones that you would want to run to an external amp. They carry the audio signal for the front and rear speakers if you were to power them from an external amp or amps. The s-w out (sub woofer output) is a mono signal and will have a low pass crossover built into it so that your sub isn't trying to reproduce high frequency sounds.

those rca outs are to hook directly into a 2 or 4 channel for the speakers marked preamp out front/rear and a 2 or mono amp for the SW out (sub). Amplifiers have 2 sets of rca inputs...in and out similar looking to these except in this pic there's only 1 set of rca inputs.
