^^^^^yeh...but for the price of the pioneers...u could get comparable subs for the same price or less and r generally better....do a search for Power Acoustik audio stuff

are Power Acoustik anygood? the budget would be around $-200 for the subs, the amp $-150. not a big budget system like JL AUDIO.

wait...subs...with an s....dont know...their best sub is a MOFO that u can get for like 150...and a gothic series amp....go to www.poweracoustik.com u will be amazed at the levels they push out....im gettin them soon if u wanna wait and see how they r....

Pioneer is OK for entry-level, I had a pair of 12"s and they sounded OK. Power Acousik is junk, as is most of the brands Best Buy carries.

i dont know about cheaper pioneers but the Premier 2000 and Premier 5000 are supposed to have great SPL and work great in ported boxes but i have heard ppl putting them in sealed and having them still slam. you can get the 2000 on etronics.com for a little over $100
