Need to convert Japanese Gps to UK spec

I have just bought an Estima that has lots of goodies TV,CD,Tape,Radio and GPS all showing on a central unit.
Unfortunatly as I'm in the UK the TV,Radio ang GPS only work on Japanese format. So HELP,.
Is there a way of converting the system to UK/Euro spec??
Any ideas from you guys would be appreciated.
Many Thanks in advance

Hi Edd.

I am in a similar situation.
Looking to go from Japanese GPS to Irish.
Did you have any luck with this?

Yeah its a Toyota brand.
I've searched the web under the model numbers but I just get a few Japanese PDF's......no use.

Its not for me anyway, for my girlfriends dad, so I guess he'll just have to talk to a Toyota dealer (who won't have a clue)

The GPS unit itself should be universal. You just need to get the Navigation CD/DVD with the European maps on them.

TV should work if both countries use PAL system.

Don't know how to convert the display language to English though.
