XM audio died...HELP!

Driving to FL yesterday our XM audio just quit. We still have all the titles but no sound. All other radio functions work fine - can hear CDs, FM, Aux, etc but not XM. It does not appear to be an XM issue.

Any ideas?

Were you able to resolve the issue when the ignition power was cycled? If so, there's a SB for this problem.... receiver is exchanged for an update unit. If it wasn't resolved when the power was cycled, then you may have another issue.

T-SB-0271-09 XM Satellite Radio Inoperative Until Ignition Key Is Cycled.

Some customers with vehicles that are equipped with a PPO/DIO accessory XM Satellite Radio
Receiver (P/N 86180-0W030 or 86180-0W031) may exhibit one or more of the following conditions:
• XM Satellite Radio becomes non-operational or locked while in use.
• Sound output becomes sporadic or non-existent.
When either of these conditions occur, cycling the ignition from “ON”-“OFF”-“ON” restores normal
operation.
Improved XM Satellite Radio Receiver exchange units are available to correct this condition.
