My led on my STOCK am/fm/cassette in my 96 Toyota Corolla 4 Door, which is green went out, its only the part where you view the station your on, the LED's on the station tune is still lit and the rest nearby.

I have replaced numerous back light bulbs, and leds. I can offer to fix if you ship. I am in Canada though.... so down time is going to be long.

Here is what I suggest.

Do you know anyone that does this sort of thing for fun?

Or look in the phone book for electronics repair. Call them up, explain and see if they know anyone that will do this for you.

This job involves a new bulb, not led, so a place like Radio shack will hae one, but better to see if the repair shop has any broken head units and is willing to take one of those bulbs for you.

Remember, You got good use out of that one!!
