I have a cd with 171 MP3 songs on it and when I try to use the 'Random' function is loops through a set of exactly the same 8 songs over and over. Pressing random again to start 'randomizing' again does nothing. It always jumps to one of those 8 songs and then loops through again! I know that the other songs can play since I can select them manually. Am I doing something wrong here? Is there a glitch in the random algorithm? How can I fix this? If there is no ideas on how to fix this, how would I find out who the manufacturer is so I can contact them and get tech support? Any help would be appreciated.
