Alright.. Well.. Here's my plan.. I have an Ae86 and I'm planning on rigging it up good

I crave Loud music with bass : )

I'm going to take out the back seat and build in a sealed box

But I'm having troubles deciding on what I should put it in. As in exactly how many speakers I want, where to position them, and what kind. I can't afford top of the line, but I want the best bang for the buck kinda deal. Other than installing the subs in the back, I was thinking dash tweeters and just use factory speaker setup, but replace the speakers of course :P Eeee.. I've never had a car worth doing anything to so it's kinda exciting :P My last two cars were a Plymouth Sundance and a Pontiac 6000 :P LoL.. And they both died on me :P so now I'm down to my AE86 and my Cirrus :P

But if anyone has any ideas for this and as well as brands/models to go with I'd appreciate it

I checked out some Boschmann Amps and subs today with an Alpine deck and they sounded pretty damn good. Good quality and low price. www.bmaudio.com

Had an in car demo with stock speakers in a civic si and it sounded pretty good. Anyone heard them before?

k...the wattage ratings on Power Acoustiks shit are very nice....but the only problem with that it i have never heard them before...they are very cheap and have a great power rating...see for yourself www.poweracoustik.com

hmmm.. alrighty.. A friend of mine has some audio equipment very cheap

15" Fosgate Punch 800W for 85$
so I think I may go for that

You should check out the Image Dynamics IDMAX 12" v.3
Seems like it should slam harder than almost any sub, however i never heard one myself.

cant compete with that .. lol =D
