Car Alarm Head Light Don't Flash

Hi,

I just had my car alarm installed at the shop.

I have an avalon 01 that headlight lights up when it's dark (auto mode).

When my car headlight is in auto mode the car alarm doesn't make the parking light or headlight flash.

If I turned my headlight off manually and lock my car then the light do flash.

The model is AutoPage RF-320. The alarm was installed at a shop. Is it my car or the guy who did this didn't wire correctly ? Thanks

it's probably the installer's fault. Take it back and have them check the wiring again.

If the vehicle's light switch is set to auto then it is impossible for the parking lights to flash because in some vehicles the switch supersedes any pulse or input from the wire while it is in that position. Depending on the vehicle, I wouldn't be sure myself without looking, it may or may not be possible to bypass the autolights for proper parking light flashing, but additional parts and labor would probably required to change this.
