Advise on new camry stereo?

My new camry has the JBL 6 disk indash changer with eight speakers and I think it sounds very good but want to add a little bump. I have two choices, right now I have two older jlaudio W-6's in a sealed box and a JBL amp which I had in my last vehicle and I thought it sounded great. I coould either go with these or trade the 2 10's for a new 12 inch jlaudio W-3 with a sealed box? I kinda like the idea of the 12 because of the issue of trunk space which is very crucial to my family. Any insight would be helpful, which will sound better? And should I point the sub toward the backseat or toward the rear of the trunk? thanks

The two 10s will most likely sound better and you'd most likely want them facing your rear bumper.
