2010 Camry looking to get Pioneer AVIC-Z110BT

I just recently bought the 2010 Camry and I was looking into getting the Pioneer AVIC-Z110BT. I am just wondering what I will need to make sure everything works.

I have the Sirius XM MiRGE for both Sirius and XM radio that I put in little cubby hole below the current stereo and it fits perfectly while letting me still close it. I would like to keep that there using the Current Aux Jack if possible.

I know of a few things that I need to get but I want to make sure before I do this that I have everything I will need.

This is what I am looking to get:
Pioneer AVIC-Z110BT: from Car Toys with price match and $200 dollar rebate will be around $800
Pioneer Nd-Mdt10 for MSN Direct: from Amazon its about $84...yeah I know it is going away but for $29.99 for until January 2012 seems like a decent deal until something else is setup.
Receiver Wire Harness: from crutchfield is $9.99
PAC SWI-PS: at crutchfield for $74.99 so I can continue to use the steering wheel controls

I Also want to get a rear view camera but I am not sure which one to get. Does anyone have any good adivce for one?

I know I will need to get a Dash kit but I am not sure which one to get. Crutchfield has one for about 20 bucks but people seem to have an issue with that one. I could pick one up from amazon as well but they selll for around 50 so I was wondering if anyone had any advice for which kit would be better?

What else do I need to pick up to get all of this to work?

Finally for anyone who lives in the Owings Mills MD area is there are good place anywhere in the area to get all of this installed.

If it were just installing the Z110BT I could probably do this myself but I don't want to deal with all the wiring on my own.

thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me...
