01 Toyota Avalon amp bypass-windows dont work

I am a technician and something happened tonight at the shop that confuzzled me. (.) Did an amp bypass in an 01 Toyota Avalon. tested all wires etc. Go to back the car out of the garage and the windows wont roll up.. (they worked fine before) they just make a "motor sound" for a few seconds as if trying to roll up and down. The rear windows went all the way up and down once and then nothing. Is there any connection whatsoever from the amp to the window motors? All other electrical functions are working. interior lights, door locks, power seats etc. After this happened I tore it all apart again and retested all my connections and wires. all were good and going to what they should be. any tips appreciated.

Weird. They should be independent circuits. How did you bypass the amps? Speaker wires sent directly to each speaker or to the factory amp wiring? Was there anything else that you did to the car, installed speakers.
If you didn't completely cutoff the wiring of the factory amp, you could always reconnect whats left of the factory wiring back into the factory amp.
If you took the door skins off, near the window switches, it could possibly be a loose plug or a bent pin. I'm sure you already checked your fuses.
Just a couple of things to check out, but more info could be helpful.

yeah.. didnt replace any speakers or anything just bypassed used factory wiring off amp (tested, toned etc). reconnected plugs to amp and didn't fix anything. didnt touch door panels. that is why im so confused. fuses all good. I gotta try to fix this thing in the morning and i honestly just have no idea where to start.

think im just gonna "undo" the amp bypass and see if they work after that. if so then i mustve hit something wrong somewhere. or maybe its just my luck and all the window motors went out at once right after my amp bypass. but doubtful. lol.
