Help with Tacoma speaker installation

Does anybody have detailed information about removing the door panels for a 2002 tacoma. I have only been able to find instructions for older models, and they aren't even close. Information about removing the panels in the extended cab to get to the rear speakers is also much needed.

Any recommendations for speakers is also a plus. I posted another thread asking about component speakers and if anybody new if the tweaters would fit in the place where the factory tweaters are installed. If you know the answer to that please let me know.

So far I plan to keep the factory stereo because I like the layout and the double din size.
