hey all, about a year ago i installed some power door locks (actuators and relays) and wired them up to my alarm to lock/unlock with the arm/disarm. a couple nights ago the locks stopped working and with it not raining today, i finally took a look and saw that the fuse that i had running to the relays was fried. i replaced it and when i tried to arm it, the fuse blew again. i checked the wiring to see if one of the wires came loose or if any were touching something that could cause it to short, but it all looked fine.
anyone have any ideas of what it could be?
the actuators and relays are just generic brands, nothing big like autoloc so maybe im thinking it just wore out over time. anyone have any experiences or clues to what i should do/check?
thanks!
ps. here's a wiring diagram of how the relays are hooked up
