Car Battery and Alarm

I got my '97 Camry about 8 months ago and just recently the car battery died and i as i put in the new battery a car alarm goes off and its my car alarm going off which i didnt know i had one, then everything gets messed up my 4 way flashers (emergency lights) are going off even without the button being pressed, both fans near the radiator are spining and theres a clicking noise coming from the steering wheel as if my turn siganls were on. my nabor took out the fuse or whatever powers the alarm. but the fans keep spinning what should i do ????

thanks

ARE YOU SURE EMERGENCY FLASHERS AND BOTH ELEC. COOLING FANS? I'M AN ALARM INSTALLER AND A.C. TECH. I CAN VISULIZE EMERG. FLASHERS GOING OFF. BUT FOR BOTH FANS TO STAY ON ? MAKE SURE AC IS OFF AND ONLY ONE FAN SHOULD TURN ON. AS FAR AS ALARM YOU MAY NEED TO RESET SYS. FIRST WE NEED TO I.D. YOUR ALARM SYS FROM REMOTE , OR FROM FCC ID

Damn thats crazy. Not really a alarm person but i would thing reseting the alarm would help. Us ghetto people just cut the wire connected to the alarm switch and connect it back. But best to call toyota tell them that you cant drive the car. Alarm is acting crazy. What can you do so that the alarm can stop so that you can drive the car to them and take a look. They should tell how to reset it then.
