Will Toyota Echo CD Player for Camry Work

Hi,

I wanted to know if anyone has an idea whether the CD/AM Player of 2002 Toyota Echo work for 1998 Toyota Camry, My CD player of Toyota Camry was stolen and i need to replace with another one, This guy wants to sell me his Toyota echo CD player so just want to know if anyone has any idea on that.

Yeah it should work fine as long as neither have external amps... plugs should be the same.

It MAY work depending on the fascia of the Echo radio. The Gen4/4.5 Camry has straight and edged sides and corners, and if the Echo radio is round, it may not fit. Also, the Echo radio may be only 1.5 DIN if it's just the CD player itself, like how some Tacoma trucks have.
