6 disc in dash player

Everytime I put the cd in, the changer tries to play it, but then spits it right back out and changes back to radio. this happens to all 6 slots. I don't know if i'm using the player right because i just bought it. or maybe its broken? Please help me. I'm desparate. thanks

Try holding down the LOAD button until it beeps, then load all six discs at once. See if that will play. You may want to use some CDs that you don't listen to often, in case they get stuck, so you don't have your popular ones in there.

If the discs get spitted out, then the loading mechanism probably isn't working anymore.
