What an ignorant response. You didn't even mention their flagship Tumult or Brahma. You're saying Adire's entry-level 12" is better than all of Audiobahn. On what levels is it better?

Any of em, shiva, tempest, brahmas are all more musical and perform better than any audiobad. shiva and tempest are in that dollar range, so I would buy either one before ever buying a bling bling audiobad, thats me of course, they are better than funkypups

So what are you runnin.
And why you hatin audibahn cause it has chrome. That BS reason to hate a sub. Musical. If runnin high power subs there is no such thing as musical. If I heard a sub that was powerful and "musical" then tell me where to hear it.

ID Max in a 2.5 (3.0 after displacement) enclosure tuned to 28hz slot ported, perfect SQL sub. Pushing it with an ARC audio 2500CXL ready to change over to a DLS A6. Sound awesome and gets hella loud and clean.

JLW7, Brahma 12, XXX, ID Max all these are SQL subs.

If you want your car to sound like a fartbox than keep those subs Im sure they get real loud at 40hz, its what you like, I just think running a tempest ported will sound sooooooo much better than a bahn with the same power on a 1 to 1 ratio, and pretty much be just as loud (never done a comparison, but Im sure Im right) for less money. Performance is what matters.

So what is the one way linear xmax on these subs anyway, and FS, can you tuned them low for SQ?

W7 cheap. Where at!! JL is killing people for those. And I wouldn't call them SQ subs. I think the ones we are talkin about SPL quality.

Oh for your info I ran the 1208T on a bass test CD. Ever heard what 20hz sound like. That'll ring ur ear drum.

U can't really tuned these subs for SQ. Can't think of a sub with that kinda power that actually used for SQ . That's some quality.

No. Can't think of a high powered sub tuned for SQ system. Unless you got cash back up the rest of the system. Then you going into super SQ I've seen many SQ subs (meaning 4-5 subs used in a SQ setup). It doesn't make sense for a SPL sub to be used in a SQ system. Just can't think of a reason to tune down a sub.
