You will wire the Crutchfield harness to the new stereo's harness (matching wire for wire, constant power, switched power,ground and speakers) Solder and tape or heat shrink connections when done, and then the unit will easily plug into exsisting factory harness. The time consuming part is doing the wiring of the 2 harnesses (take your time and do it right)

Dude, just get yourself a toyota stereo install harness. You can get them at walmart for like $10, and all you have to do is match the wires on the harness to the stereo and you're set. If this is too much for you, then you can go the extra mile and get yourself one of those "Toyota-to-(place name here) adaptors. I've seen Toyota-to-JVC, Toyota-to-Kenwood, Toyota-to-Pioneer, also Honda-to- Nissan-to, etc.. these are usually available at higher end shops and they cost you a lot more but it will be more plug and play.
