The ppi128 is pretty cool cause it's a free air sub. The JL name is pretty popular right now. Subs with that power usually sound the same. Only difference is who's will blow first.

the JL's i know arent bad...W0's are the lowest of the line but then again, for that price your not going wrong for brand new JL's

p.s those subs run better in sealed enclosures.

If that's the case why didn't you go with the vega's they have it right there for 88.00 dollars each. Way better than JL' and cheaper.

The PPI dont compare to the W0, they are more in line with the W3's. Now if you want to go with the WO's you can get them for 89.00 at woofers etc.

Also I have a pair of 10" Rockford Fosgates XLC, 200 watt RMS with enclosures and grilles for 120.00 bucks, if you want to go even a cheaper route.
