Adding a headphone jack to a 2004 4Runner

Is there anyway to add a headphone jack in the front of a 2004 4Runner Sport that does not have rear audio? Is there a product that already does this? Any information is greatly appreciated!!

What about wiring into the speaker outputs from the radio?

If you can match the impedance of the headphone jack to the audio output, then it's possible. It won't be a simple tap.

What is the speaker / channel impedance in a 2004 4Runner 8, 4, or 2 ohms? As long as the impedance is higher I shouldn't damage the radio, correct? I believe most headphones are 16 ohms...

I imagine there is an OEM amp in there somewhere. Most of the time, built-for-Toyota amped-speakers have impedance of 3-ohms, but you can definitely see or measure that if you take the speakers out.

I don't know how the radio comes out. For the previous generation, the climate control knobs and panel need to come out along with the dash bezel.
