i dont like how 15's sound really....other than that idk.

just know, you get what you pay for. if it looks cheezy(chrome/red/blue usually) its probably junk unless its a nice brand name.

specs dont mean much.

those specs match so many speakers, my first guess on what it is is maybe a sony p5, but the freq range is off,

i would recommend that you try to listen to the sub for yourself in a similar application to what you want, then decide for yourself, other wise you should probably tell us what the thing is

from what i learned over the years is that specs dont really mean anything. A lot of shitty companies list their products with having remarkable specs, when actually their products are far inferior compared to other name brands with lesser specs. A 15" subwoofer that can play up to 3 khz already sounds pretty bogus to me. A mounting depth of only 5" is really small if you ask me. probably not a good sub in my opinion.

What brand? How much?

It sounds very shady imo. If you want an amazing 15", look towards the:

Resonant Engineering 15" XXX.

Or if you're on a "budget for extreme quality", the Alpine 15" Type R is a good choice.

Grrr....I haven't been on these forums for awhile.
