over the past couple days i've noticed that when i have my cd player on loud for a while, the music fades in and out. i think i've come to the conclusion that the amp isn't pulling too much of the current because nothing dims at all, just the music starts playing really quietly.

also i've noticed that all my music has like little spots of fuzzy sound. for a while i thought it was just the cd because it'd only be in the last couple songs but now its throughout my whole cd's and i just made a new one today so i know its not scratched.
i'm thinkin the head is bouts ta shit the bed. does that sound about right?

Sounds like its the amp going into protection. Maybe it's time to upgrade. What are you running right now?

its not the amp because the bass keeps going, all of the speakers fade out(not subs)

amp is a jl250/1
