Seq 2003 6-CD player jammed

I have a Seq 2003 with a JBL 6-CD player. Inserted CD or maybe a DVD and system jammed. Error-3 ...unable to eject any discs. Can you direct me to a manual, or how to remove system or eject discs. Thanks

Since your Sequoia is still under warranty, you should take it back to the dealer and let them fix it. Don't try to do anything, otherwise, if the dealer sees it, they reserve the right to refuse service.

I have a 2000 Sienna with the same issue...out of warranty. So, how do you fix this problem without shelling out $300 ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are adventurous, you can take the radio out yourself. The panel around the radio pops right off. Then use a 10mm socket to take the bolts out. Make sure you unplug all the harnesses.

For the radio, you may have to loosen a few Philips screws, before prying the top cover off. You should be able to somehow lift and slide the CDs out.

As for fixing the problem, it's hard to determine which part(s) may be bad, so it's probably not worth spending the time and money to do so.
