To be honest I'm not event familiar with those what's the model number. Like any sub just try to run it to the rms. Wire it so it can handle the proper resistance. An amp with the correct power will be fine.

So, if they're 300 watts RMS, a 700 watt amp will be good?

Are you running a 2 ch amp at 1x700 watts rms. If you are then run the 2ch one for each sub at about 350watts then it's fine. But you plan to buy a mono block or bridge a 2 ch. amp at 700rms then you are gonna damage the sub.

Are you gonna bridge the subs are run them seperate. Oh yeah those subs are for sure a 4 ohm or 6 ohm sub.
