Audiocontrol EQT's

It looks like this is the best deal on two EQT's. Anyone know of a better place or is this the best deal. Would these be better than Image Dynamic's 31 band EQ's? Eddiem67 You had some of these. How much for two of them.

250 for the pair is about the going rate. The Image Dynamics/Rane style layout is easier to adjust but those thing take up some space. I, myself, am holding out for a DQT.

I'm also interested in the DQT and the DQX. Now if I understand right if I get one DQX or a DQT then that will equalize two channels right. One for the front left speaker and one for front right speaker. Or are they like the EQT where you need one EQT per channel?

Correct you only need one.

Notice how it says that the DQT and DQX have 2 input channels.

EQT only has one input channel.

Technically, one for the left channel and one for the right channel. The DQT also has 2 parametric bands for those hard to tame areas. The DQX is everything the DQT is along with a 2/3 way crossover for about 50 or so bucks more.

The drawback to the digital pieces are that they are a bitch(not intuitive) to set-up. The cool thing is that you can save/recall up to 8 settings. I've always wanted to collect tunings from some of the world's top tuners. But that's just me.

Looks like I'll be getting the DQX. Thanks for the help, 88LE and rawdawg.
